Project Management Office (PMO)
Part-time (approx. 20 hrs/wk)
Your tasks:
- Creation, maintenance and further development of project management standards
- Provide administrative and operational support to project teams
- Preparation of audit plans, kick-off presentations, audit checklists,
Audit reports - Oversee scheduling and cost planning including invoicing of individual projects
- Preparation and revision of audit documentation in case of complaints by TÜV
- Creation of presentation
- Request for training
You bring with you:
- Successfully completed studies or commercial education
- First professional experience in project management
- Very good organizational and communication skills and a high affinity for IT
- A process- and solution-oriented as well as self-reliant way of working
- Business fluent in German and English
- MS Office skills
