Project Management Office (PMO)
Part-time (approx. 20 hrs/wk)

Your tasks:

  • Creation, maintenance and further development of project management standards
  • Provide administrative and operational support to project teams
  • Preparation of audit plans, kick-off presentations, audit checklists,
    Audit reports
  • Oversee scheduling and cost planning including invoicing of individual projects
  • Preparation and revision of audit documentation in case of complaints by TÜV
  • Creation of presentation
  • Request for training

You bring with you:

  • Successfully completed studies or commercial education
  • First professional experience in project management
  • Very good organizational and communication skills and a high affinity for IT
  • A process- and solution-oriented as well as self-reliant way of working
  • Business fluent in German and English
  • MS Office skills
